對下一步工作，徐學彬要求，集團黨委要按照市委市政府、市國資委黨委的部署要求，在做好規(guī)定動作的同時，結(jié)合自身發(fā)展的需要，選好、做好“自選動作”，在貫徹落實《中國共產(chǎn)黨國有企業(yè)基層組織工作條例（試行）》的基礎上，進一步推進黨支部標準化規(guī)范化建設、創(chuàng)新基層黨組織活動的方式方法、深化“一企一品”特色黨建品牌創(chuàng)建，全面深化“頭雁工程”推動基層黨建全面提升，為深圳的“雙區(qū)”建設和國資國企綜改試驗貢獻鹽田港的力量
