為提升總部員工自我認知、自我管理能力,改善個人工作效能、團隊溝通協(xié)作及持續(xù)發(fā)展水平,11月21日—22日,鹽田港集團組織開展了總部員工勝任力提升培訓,并順利完成第一期培訓集團黨委副書記王沛航出席并講話,集團總部各部門共40余名員工參與了本期培訓

王沛航在開班儀式上表示,學習是一個持續(xù)的過程總部各部門的工作人員在集團整體管控中起到承上啟下的關鍵作用,要培養(yǎng)常態(tài)化學習的習慣,懂得在奔跑中停下來思考,帶著思考去工作
他強調(diào),學員們在培訓中要開放包容,增進相互間的認識和了解,提升協(xié)作效率,建立“一盤棋”思維,形成組織合力本次培訓引入《高效能人士的七個習慣》版權課程,邀請資深認證講師,采用講解、小組討論、案例分析、情景練習、角色扮演等互動式教學方式,幫助員工審視自己固有思維模式與行為習慣,觸發(fā)員工由內(nèi)而外的改變,改善工作態(tài)度,提升個人工作效能,從而給整個組織的文化及氛圍帶來積極改變
