肖明俊強調(diào)，各單位要進一步提高政治站位，落實安全責任擔當，把抓好安全生產(chǎn)工作作為首要任務(wù)一是要做好安全生產(chǎn)應急管理和值班工作，確保做到應急救援反應迅速、處置得力、及時有效二是要深入開展安全隱患排查整治、重大風險與信訪矛盾化解攻堅專項行動，堅決守住大慶期間“三個清單”、“五個堅決防止”和“三個不發(fā)生”的工作底線
