8月15日，深圳梅沙海關(guān)在鹽田港現(xiàn)代物流中心“16+1”中東歐國家館召開鹽田綜合保稅區(qū)（以下簡稱鹽田綜保區(qū)）分類監(jiān)管互轉(zhuǎn)模式宣講會，園區(qū)內(nèi)的鹽田港物流、新興物流、海格物流等企業(yè)代表參加了會議近期，梅沙海關(guān)根據(jù)國務(wù)院出臺的《關(guān)于促進綜合保稅區(qū)高水平開放高質(zhì)量發(fā)展的若干意見》的具體要求，結(jié)合鹽田綜保區(qū)內(nèi)企業(yè)的實際訴求，采納了鹽田港物流公司提出的“倉儲貨物按狀態(tài)分類監(jiān)管”保稅與非保稅貨物賬冊互轉(zhuǎn)模式，制定了《倉儲貨物按狀態(tài)分類監(jiān)管企業(yè)辦事指引》（以下簡稱《辦事指引》）

“倉儲貨物按狀態(tài)分類監(jiān)管”賬冊互轉(zhuǎn)模式，簡化了過閘的操作流程、降低了裝卸和運輸成本、實現(xiàn)了“一倉兩庫”功能會上，梅沙海關(guān)為各參會企業(yè)詳細(xì)解讀了《辦事指引》，現(xiàn)場為企業(yè)代表答疑解惑，同時批準(zhǔn)了包括鹽田港物流公司在內(nèi)的4家公司作為試點企業(yè)
