他要求，鹽田港集團(tuán)要以開展主題教育為契機，將“守初心、擔(dān)使命、找差距、抓落實”與企業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型發(fā)展相結(jié)合，在復(fù)雜的大環(huán)境謀求更大的發(fā)展一是要發(fā)揚鹽田港開拓進(jìn)取、敢為人先、與城市共榮共生的精神，志存高遠(yuǎn)，砥礪前行；二是要擔(dān)當(dāng)起促進(jìn)國資保值增值、改革創(chuàng)新的發(fā)展使命，充分發(fā)揮領(lǐng)先優(yōu)勢，主動扛起深圳建設(shè)全球海洋中心城市的大旗；三是要找差距、補短板，對標(biāo)先進(jìn)、提高標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，著力推動資本運作、加強隊伍建設(shè)，用“乘法”迅速做大做強；四是要通過市場運作驅(qū)動和保障機制的護(hù)航，真抓落實，腳踏實地
