這次調(diào)研，集團(tuán)黨委領(lǐng)導(dǎo)事前制訂了調(diào)研課題，確定了調(diào)研提綱，擬定了調(diào)研方案，通過(guò)查看現(xiàn)場(chǎng)、聽(tīng)取匯報(bào)、征求意見(jiàn)、召開(kāi)座談會(huì)等多種形式，詳細(xì)了解了大鏟灣公司“不忘初心、牢記使命”主題教育、基層黨建、人力資源體系優(yōu)化、安全生產(chǎn)等工作的開(kāi)展情況；聽(tīng)取了公司關(guān)于中國(guó)海洋大學(xué)深圳研究院、汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)平臺(tái)、寶安綜合漁港等重點(diǎn)項(xiàng)目及物流中心一期運(yùn)營(yíng)、物流中心二期建設(shè)等相關(guān)工作的情況匯報(bào)和工作中存在的問(wèn)題和困難，并提出有針對(duì)性的解決舉措

彭洪波要求，大鏟灣公司要依托港口大力發(fā)展汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)，有效推進(jìn)深圳平行進(jìn)口汽車發(fā)展，努力搭建服務(wù)平臺(tái)

在經(jīng)營(yíng)模式、體制機(jī)制上加強(qiáng)創(chuàng)新，形成良性循環(huán)王沛航表示，2019年是大鏟灣公司轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí)的關(guān)鍵時(shí)期，要通過(guò)主題教育進(jìn)一步激發(fā)各級(jí)黨員干部攻堅(jiān)克難的信心和決心，堅(jiān)持把開(kāi)展主題教育與做好各項(xiàng)業(yè)務(wù)工作緊密結(jié)合起來(lái)，積極探索黨建促發(fā)展的有效舉措
