7月24日,由鹽田港集團(tuán)工會聯(lián)合會舉辦的工會干部培訓(xùn)班正式開班集團(tuán)黨委副書記、工會聯(lián)合會主席王沛航出席培訓(xùn)活動并講話,集團(tuán)系統(tǒng)工會干部共計60余人參加培訓(xùn)培訓(xùn)班邀請了市總工會辦公室副主任張凱軍和廣東信達(dá)律師事務(wù)所高級合伙人、律師徐孟君分別做專題授課
張凱軍結(jié)合全市工會工作情況介紹了新形勢下工會工作面臨的新任務(wù)、新挑戰(zhàn),明確了企業(yè)工會的主要職責(zé)和如何做一名優(yōu)秀的工會干部,并就如何承擔(dān)政治責(zé)任、密切聯(lián)系群眾、創(chuàng)新工作方法等方面進(jìn)行了深入淺出地講解徐孟君以《工會在構(gòu)建和諧勞動關(guān)系中的地位和作用》為題,結(jié)合實際經(jīng)典案例,從構(gòu)建和諧勞動關(guān)系、妥善處理勞資糾紛、做好信訪維穩(wěn)工作三個方面講解了如何維護(hù)國家、集體和職工三者利益

王沛航在講話中指出,各級工會工作要繼續(xù)以習(xí)近平新時代中國特色社會主義思想為指導(dǎo),深入學(xué)習(xí)貫徹習(xí)近平總書記關(guān)于工人階級和工會工作的重要論述,按照市總工會和集團(tuán)黨委的工作部署,團(tuán)結(jié)動員廣大職工,共同把集團(tuán)工會聯(lián)合會建設(shè)成為員工心中的“有用工會”“實力工會”
同時,王沛航對2019年下半年工會工作提出了四點要求:一是加強(qiáng)政治建設(shè),提高政治站位;二是抓好組織建設(shè),推進(jìn)工作制度化規(guī)范化;三是創(chuàng)新工作思路,豐富工會文體活動形式;四是強(qiáng)化責(zé)任意識,積極做好信訪維穩(wěn)工作
