7月11日，全國構(gòu)建和諧勞動(dòng)關(guān)系先進(jìn)表彰會(huì)在北京召開，鹽田港區(qū)獲評(píng)全國模范勞動(dòng)關(guān)系和諧工業(yè)園區(qū)，也是全國唯一一家獲此榮譽(yù)的碼頭港區(qū)中共中央政治局委員、國務(wù)院副總理胡春華出席會(huì)議并講話,全國模范勞動(dòng)關(guān)系和諧企業(yè)和工業(yè)園區(qū)部分代表參加此次會(huì)議

On July 11, the national advanced commendation meeting for building harmonious labor relations was held in Beijing. Yantian Port was rated as the national model industrial park with harmonious labor relations. Huchunhua, member of the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee and vice premier of the State Council, is also the only dock port area in China to receive this honor, attended the meeting and delivered a speech. 此次全國模范勞動(dòng)關(guān)系和諧企業(yè)與工業(yè)園區(qū)評(píng)選表彰工作由人力資源社會(huì)保障部、全國總工會(huì)、中國企業(yè)聯(lián)合會(huì)/中國企業(yè)家協(xié)會(huì)和全國工商聯(lián)共同開展，共表彰全國模范勞動(dòng)關(guān)系和諧工業(yè)園區(qū)50個(gè)、全國模范勞動(dòng)關(guān)系和諧企業(yè)350家

評(píng)優(yōu)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)涵蓋全面實(shí)行勞動(dòng)合同制度、依法保障職工勞動(dòng)報(bào)酬、休息休假、社會(huì)保險(xiǎn)權(quán)益等八個(gè)方面鹽田區(qū)委書記陳清作為領(lǐng)獎(jiǎng)代表在表彰會(huì)上作了“區(qū)港聯(lián)動(dòng)創(chuàng)和諧，協(xié)商協(xié)調(diào)促共享”的主題發(fā)言

近年來，鹽田港區(qū)以省市共建鹽田區(qū)和諧勞動(dòng)關(guān)系綜合試驗(yàn)區(qū)為契機(jī)，不斷加強(qiáng)區(qū)港聯(lián)動(dòng)，突出黨建引領(lǐng)，積極建立完善政府、工會(huì)、企業(yè)共同參與的協(xié)商協(xié)調(diào)機(jī)制，在促進(jìn)企業(yè)快速發(fā)展的同時(shí)有效維護(hù)了職工合法權(quán)益
