5月8日，鹽田港集團黨委書記、董事長孫波在海港大廈一樓會議室與集團系統(tǒng)的30多名團干及青年代表親切座談，寄語青年團員們積極投身集團的經(jīng)營發(fā)展，為建設粵港澳大灣區(qū)和深圳建設全球海洋中心城市貢獻力量集團黨委副書記王沛航，黨群工作部、人力資源部以及集團團委相關負責人出席座談會

On May 8, Sun Bo, Secretary of the Party committee and chairman of Yantian Port Group, had a cordial discussion with more than 30 league leaders and youth representatives of the group system in the conference room on the first floor of Haigang building, and sent a message to the Youth League members to actively participate in the operation and development of the group and contribute to the construction of Guangdong Hong Kong Macao Bay area and Shenzhen as a global marine center city. 會上，王沛航宣讀了2018-2019年度團市委、國資委團工委表彰決定，并對集團系統(tǒng)獲得表彰的相關單位及個人表示祝賀

座談會氣氛熱烈，團干和青年代表們輪流發(fā)言，結(jié)合自身工作和生活暢談工作經(jīng)驗、體會，對公司發(fā)展和共青團建設提出了不少具有建設性的意見會議學習了習近平總書記在紀念五四運動100周年大會上的講話精神孫波指出，青年團員要深刻領悟習近平總書記的講話精神，繼承和發(fā)揚“五四精神”，提高政治站位，加強思想建設和道德修養(yǎng)

目前，集團處在轉(zhuǎn)型升級的關鍵階段，青年團員要圍繞粵港澳大灣區(qū)建設和深圳建設全球海洋中心城市的戰(zhàn)略目標，激發(fā)自身干事創(chuàng)業(yè)的熱情，保持朝氣蓬勃的氣象，積極投身到集團發(fā)展每一項事業(yè)當中，在工作中提升工作能力，實現(xiàn)自身價值，為集團下一階段的跨越式發(fā)展作出應有貢獻

At present, the group is in the critical stage of transformation and upgrading. 王沛航強調(diào)，集團團委要按照孫波書記的指示，繼續(xù)加強團組織建設，努力提高青年團員的工作能力和思想認識，切實解決青年團員在工作和生活中的實際困難，為集團的發(fā)展添磚加瓦
