在3月的兩會期間，習近平總書記強調(diào)“要咬定目標不放松，切實提高脫貧質(zhì)量”為了進一步貫徹習近平總書記對精準脫貧工作的指示，３月28日，鹽田港集團黨委組織董事會、監(jiān)事會及高級管理人員一行前往河源市龍川縣登云鎮(zhèn)石福村調(diào)研2016-2018年鹽田港集團精準扶貧成果

市國資委相關(guān)處室、集團相關(guān)部門及登云鎮(zhèn)有關(guān)領(lǐng)導參加調(diào)研調(diào)研組在石福農(nóng)場考察了石福村走地雞、蔬菜基地等產(chǎn)業(yè)幫扶項目，聽取了油茶基地、甲子水電站、投資入股工業(yè)園和柚子園擴建等項目的建設(shè)進展情況匯報，走訪了集團幫扶建設(shè)的老年活動中心、文體廣場、石福小學、綜合文化服務中心以及鄉(xiāng)土農(nóng)產(chǎn)品展示體驗館、快遞下鄉(xiāng)電子商務站等項目，參觀了石福村扶貧開發(fā)（2016-2018年）成效、15項基建及公共服務項目展板

三年來，鹽田港集團大力支持精準扶貧工作，投入730萬扶貧資金落實各項民生保障政策，改善基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施，重點扶植產(chǎn)業(yè)致富項目長效發(fā)展，以獎代補盤活農(nóng)村土地資源，激發(fā)農(nóng)民內(nèi)生動力，以工代賑多渠道促進轉(zhuǎn)移就業(yè)和產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展，初步形成了長短效結(jié)合、多元化的業(yè)態(tài)布局

Over the past three years, Yantian Port Group has vigorously supported the targeted poverty alleviation work, invested 7.3 million poverty alleviation funds, implemented various livelihood security policies, improved infrastructure, focused on supporting the long-term development of industrial enrichment projects, invigorated rural land resources with awards instead of subsidies, stimulated farmers' endogenous motivation, and promoted the transfer of employment and industrial development through multiple channels, initially forming a long-term and short-term effective, diversified business layout

全村省定貧困戶61戶229人已實現(xiàn)預脫貧摘帽，取得了脫貧攻堅的階段性勝利調(diào)研組對精準扶貧工作取得的成效予以高度肯定，對當?shù)攸h委政府及鎮(zhèn)村干部的支持予以感謝，對駐村工作隊辛勤努力給予鼓勵，并向剛剛榮獲“石福村榮譽村民”稱號的集團駐村工作隊林紅亮、劉進兩位同志表示祝賀

229 people from 61 poverty-stricken households in the whole village have achieved pre poverty alleviation and achieved a phased victory in poverty alleviation. The research group highly affirmed the results of the targeted poverty alleviation work, thanked the support of the local Party committee and government and town and village cadres, encouraged the hard work of the village based team, and congratulated Lin Hongliang and Liu Jin, two comrades of the group's village based team who just won the title of "honorary villager of Shifu village"

鹽田港集團黨委書記、董事長孫波指出，接下來的精準扶貧工作，一是要積極對接鄉(xiāng)村振興戰(zhàn)略，認真履行中央關(guān)于精準扶貧工作的要求，完成好扶貧的歷史使命；二是要認真分析扶貧工作存在的難點和問題，堅持精準施策、群策群力，做好2019-2020年的扶貧開發(fā)工作規(guī)劃；三是要再接再厲，結(jié)合石福村實際，務實打造特色亮點，確保2020年如期打贏脫貧攻堅戰(zhàn),為我國實現(xiàn)全面小康貢獻國企力量
